New Residents: If you are a new resident or did not receive an email invitation, then please register for this site using the link in the upper right corner of this page (Please log in or register) . Once you submit your completed Sign Up information, you should be approved (within 48 hours) by the Farm Manager and will receive an email from him with a temporary password to access the private and secured portions of the site.

Design Committee Form: The FHA Declarations require that an owner must obtain the prior written approval of the Design Committee for ANY exterior alteration or addition to property within The Farm Homeowners Association. To comply with the FHA Declarations, please complete the  Design Committee Form and forward a detailed drawing or blueprint of the proposed alteration to the review committee. 

Notice: For Real Estate Agents and/or Escrow Agents representing members of our community, your client can request pertinent information from The Farm HOA by using our Contact the Manager Form which is only available to Residents. Requests must come from the homeowners.
